Where is God's Glory

Ron Owen's, "When The Glory Is Gone"

I was reminded last night that what the world needs to see and what I need to experience is God's Glory. In John 1:14, we are told of Jesus, "The Word became flesh and took up residence among us. We observed His glory, the glory as the One and Only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth." Many churches are offering the world lots of fun and entertainment. Other churches offer the world religious tradition and "Hell-Fire" preaching. This morning, I want to see a church offer to the world the glory of God. Lost people need to see Christ. Christians need to see Christ. We need a fresh touch from Him. Only His presence will do. Ron Owen's song, "When the Glory is Gone" is a wonderful song challenging the church to seek God's Glory. My prayer this morning is that we may experience the glory of God again.
